DARK SHADOWS
You enter a room lit by a fireplace. Shadows flicker on the walls and form the silhouette of long dark claw.
The Claw attacks your shadow, injuring you. Your traditional attacks don’t seem to hurt the Claw!
How will you defeat this dark danger?
SOLUTIONS
Put out the fire to cast the room into darkness.
Battle the Claw with your shadow. Move closer to the fire to make your shadow larger.
Make shadow puppets! Create fierce animals and jaws that can destroy the Claw.
This is a weird puzzle so allow for weird solutions.
NOTES FOR THE DUNGEON MASTER
If you’re in a playful game, bring a light to the game and act out the Claw’s attack.
The Claw may transform as it is attacked (add stats to each monster so it’s still D&D)
